Greetings friends and neighbors,

What a busy and exciting summer this has been.  It has been a real pleasure to see the joy of the children playing at the parks, in the pools and children water playgrounds.   I have spent quite a bit of time this summer on constituent issues including housing violations, crime prevention, fire inspections, traffic, road repairs, parks and development projects.   I also continue to work hard on ways to improve recycling, parks, and pedestrian and bicycle safety.      

I want to thank everyone who completed the survey that I sent out last month.   Hundreds of surveys were completed and returned to me over the past few weeks.  I will be taking the next couple of weeks to summarize all of the feedback and prioritize the ideas and issues raised.   The electronic version will remain on my website as I welcome all feedback and ideas.   To complete the survey, click on the link to the left.  This survey was created as another way for me to hear your priorities, ideas, thoughts and concerns - all of which are important to me as I make decisions that impact our City.
